You don’t love someone for their looks, or their clothes, or for their fancy car, but because they sing a song only you can hear.

From Psalm 100:1 NLT (A psalm of thanksgiving. Shout with joy to the LORD, all the earth!) to Psalm 98:4 NLT (Shout to the LORD, all the earth; break out in praise and sing for joy!) we read in the Bible that man must shout and sing his praises of our Heavenly Father from the highest mountain top to the lowest place where sea meets sand. The love we feel for our God is shared by word of mouth from parent to child…. from one generation to the next.  And yet when was the last time you really shouted for joy and shared His message with others? Perhaps it was Thanksgiving, a time when we are reminded to give Him thanks and praise for our many blessings? Well consider this a reminder that we must take the time as often as we are able to praise God’s greatness!

SHOUT TO THE LORD

My Jesus, My Savior,
Lord, there is none like You;
All of my days  I want to praise
The wonders of Your mighty love.

My comfort, my shelter,
Tower of refuge and strength;
Let every breath, all that I am
Never cease to worship You.

Shout to the Lord, all the earth,  let us sing
Power and majesty, praise to the King;
Mountains bow down and the seas will roar
At the sound of Your name.

I sing for joy at the work of Your hands,
Forever I’ll love You, forever I’ll stand,
Nothing compares to the promise I have in You.

My Jesus, My Savior,
Lord, there is none like You;
All of my days  I want to praise
The wonders of Your mighty love.

My comfort, my shelter,
Tower of refuge and strength;
Let every breath, all that I am
Never cease to worship You.

Shout to the Lord, all the earth,  let us sing
Power and majesty, praise to the King;
Mountains bow down and the seas will roar
At the sound of Your name.

I sing for joy at the work of Your hands,
Forever I’ll love You, forever I’ll stand,
Nothing compares to the promise I have in You.

Shout to the Lord, all the earth,  let us sing
Power and majesty, praise to the King;
Mountains bow down and the seas will roar
At the sound of Your name.

I sing for joy at the work of Your hands,
Forever I’ll love You, forever I’ll stand,

Nothing compares to the promise I have in You.
Nothing compares to the promise I have in You.

“For thy word’s sake, and according to thine own heart, hast thou done all these great things, to make thy servant know them. Wherefore thou art great, O LORD God: for there is none like thee, neither is there any God beside thee, according to all that we have heard with our ears. And what one nation in the earth is like thy people, even like Israel, whom God went to redeem for people to himself, and to make him a name, and to do for you great things and terrible, for thy land, before thy people, which thou redeemest to thee from Egypt, from the nations and their gods? For thou hast confirmed to thyself thy people Israel to be a people unto thee for ever: and thou, LORD, art become their God.”

2 Samuel 7:21-24 KJV
